Shipping Information
We use both Royal Mail and DPD for our UK deliveries, giving you a choice of speed and price at checkout:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95 (estimated 2–4 business days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95 (estimated 1–2 business days)
DPD Premium Next Day – £6.95 (estimated next day)
All shipping cut-offs are 3pm. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day, and orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so any Royal Mail orders placed over the weekend are collected on Monday. DPD Premium Next Day includes weekend delivery; however, our warehouse is closed on Sundays, so no orders are collected or dispatched on a Sunday.
Please note that delays can occur once your parcel is in transit, which is out with Tan Sprays' control. You will be notified by Email/Text that your parcel has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey.
As our services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered, and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and Tan Sprays are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen. If you need assistance with the delivery of your parcel, please contact help@tansprays.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate this with the carrier within 48 hours of your parcel showing as delivered. Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland orders are sent using an estimated 2-day delivery service.
International orders typically take approximately 1–2 weeks to arrive. We ship to many international countries; however, at the moment we can't ship to all EU countries due to Brexit. Tan Sprays takes no responsibility for orders stopped in transit, and no refunds or replacements will be sent. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility to pay within the given time frame to prevent the order being returned to us. Customs fees are calculated by your country, and we have no information on how much these may be.
